Gate Replacement Del Mar Lodge 1350 Main Entrance
|
Anyone who has visited Del Mar Lodge 1350 knows our main entrance gates had seen their better days. It have been a major goal of the Lodge to replace those gates. We got quotes, but with a $2K Plus estimate, the Lodge was stymied in its efforts to raise the funds to make the upgrade.
A chance conversation during a Rummage Pickup for Al Amin Shrine resulted in a solution proposed by Marcelo Cantu that cost under $400. Fencing materials were purchased and the brothers all came through on putting the pieces together. The Masters of the operation were Joe Privott, JW., Kasen Anderson, JD and Michael Ashcraft, son of Joe Privott. The finish product was a sight to behold. Everyone is pleased with the installation and with the ease and safety the new gate afford. Thanks to all who contributed. |
